FlightBag (flightbag.app) is a browser-based companion tool for flight simulation enthusiasts. It is built and operated by a solo developer based in Sofia, Bulgaria. By accessing or using FlightBag, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

By using FlightBag, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf.

FlightBag is a free, browser-based companion tool designed for flight simulation. It provides route planning, aircraft checklists, weather briefings, an ATC notepad, and other utilities to enhance your virtual flying experience. The service is currently provided free of charge.

• - Creating an account is optional. Many features work without signing in.
• - If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• - You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• - We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding associated with FlightBag are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

FlightBag integrates with third-party services and APIs to provide flight plans, live network data, and weather information. We do not control the accuracy, availability, or reliability of this data. Third-party content is provided as-is, and we make no guarantees about its correctness or completeness. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

FlightBag is designed exclusively for flight simulation use. It is not intended, certified, or suitable for real-world aviation, navigation, or flight planning. Do not use any information from this service for actual flight operations. The operator assumes no responsibility for any misuse of the service outside of its intended purpose.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of FlightBag after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the service.

The operator may transfer, assign, or delegate these terms and the service to another entity at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, transfers resulting from a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Your continued use of the service following any such transfer constitutes your acceptance of the new operator.

FlightBag may introduce optional paid features in the future. Any premium features will be clearly identified and may be subject to additional terms, pricing, and conditions that will be presented to you before purchase. Free features will remain available.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
